About Me

My name is Nadia, and I bring over 30 years of experience across health, rehabilitation, and complementary therapeutic practice. I began my career working for more than two decades with individuals living with acquired brain injuries, shaping my understanding of neurological resilience, nervous system regulation, and the importance of safe, supportive environments in wellbeing.

I later founded Melbourne’s first environmentally sustainable dental practice, which I successfully operated for over a decade before selling in late 2025. This chapter reflects my long-standing commitment to preventative, integrative, and evidence-informed healthcare, and allowed me to transition fully into my current work.

My practice is grounded in formal training in the Peter Hess Institute method — a structured, research-supported approach to vibro-acoustic sound therapy. Using low-frequency sound and vibration delivered through precisely crafted therapeutic instruments, sessions are designed to support parasympathetic nervous system activation, reduce physiological stress, and promote deep restorative states.

Alongside sound therapy, I integrate breath-based practices informed by contemporary research into respiratory physiology and stress regulation. I have trained under Trey Williams, a protégé of Wim Hof, and draw on these techniques to support emotional regulation, mental clarity, and somatic awareness.

Today, I bring these modalities together in carefully structured, non-invasive sessions that complement other health and wellbeing therapies or stand alone as a restorative intervention. My work supports both adults and neurodiverse children, delivered through one-on-one sessions and small, carefully facilitated group environments designed to prioritise safety, regulation, and individual sensory needs.

I will soon offer sessions from my permanent space at 9 Rickard Street, Brunswick East, located in near proximity to East Brunswick Village, providing a calm, considered environment where science-led sound and sensory therapies support clarity, regulation, and resilience.
